THE SECRET COLLECTION
Fabrica design a collection of limited objects inspired by a trip to Lebanon in January 2013. The collection interprets certain aspects of the Lebanese daily life, uncovering secret, undisclosed elements.
Touring the Lebanese capital for a full week, I’ve been involved in documenting all the inspiring processes and capturing all the personalities that we could meet during the visiting of district, workshops, villas, museums, artisans houses,craftsman factories, shops, palaces.
The design collection is developed following local traditional techniques and is produced by a team of expert craftsmen in Lebanon exclusively for the boutique of the National Museum of Beirut and Carwan Gallery.
I personally focused on investigating a series of portraits of all the people we met that have been an inspiration for the designer themself.
